Covid-19: Waitematā DHB opens three pop-up vaccination sites this weekend

The WaitematÄ District Health Council is opening more vaccination sites this weekend.
It will reopen the Hibiscus Coast pop-up center and new pop-ups in Årewa and Warkworth.
âThe vaccination program on the coast has been very well received by its communities,â said Tamzin Brott of WaitematÄ DHB.
“We want to help keep the coast safe, so if you haven’t had your first shot yet or if you need to get your second, come see us.”

The Hibiscus Coast Vaccination Center will return to the Hibiscus Coast Boating Club from Friday October 29th and will run through Sunday October 31st.
It will be open from 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
In Årewa, a pop-up vaccination site will open at the Årewa Surf Life Saving Club from Saturday October 30 and will run until Sunday October 31.
It will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
On November 3, a new pop-up vaccination site will be opened in Warkworth for area residents.
âWe want to make sure that we provide as many easily accessible options as possible for residents to get vaccinated,â said Brott.
The pop-up vaccination site will be open at Warkworth Masonic Hill, 3 Baxter St, and will operate from Wednesday November 3 through Friday November 5.
It will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
More three million Kiwis over 12 years old, have received at least one dose vaccine against Covid-19.
